Where is my order?
We aim to deliver standard orders within 3-5 working days (UK). International orders may take 7-10 days in transit. Please allow extra time for orders placed over official holidays or busy periods, such as Black Friday and Christmas. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, contact our office where a member of staff will be happy to assist you.
What are my delivery options?
We offer free UK delivery on all orders sent standard 1st Class Royal Mail. Expedited orders placed on a working day before 2pm will be delivered the next working day by courier at a cost of £6.95. This is a tracked service and a signature will be required.
How can I return my item?
We pride ourselves on our customer service and hope that you are delighted with your purchase. Having said that, we are consumers as well and we know that sometimes you just plain change your mind about things. Should you have a change of heart about our products, for any reason whatsoever, you can return your order to us within 14 days of receiving it for an exchange or refund (original postage excepted). We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting when you send your parcel back and ask that you phone or email us before posting so that we can expect it. We regret we cannot accept returns on pierced earrings or personalised orders.

Can I choose a different delivery address?
Shipping to a different delivery address is part of our service. Just tick the relevant box at checkout. If it’s a gift order, let us know in the Order Notes and we will exclude the invoice. A short message can be printed, so the lucky recipient knows who their gift is from. Isn’t it nice to know that someone is thinking about you?!
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
We understand sometimes you’re in a hurry, so orders can be placed without registering an account. Account holders are able to create a wishlist, view their order history and, from time to time, will receive exclusive offers and competition information.
What information will I receive when I place my order?
You will receive an email confirmation from us that your order has been received after payment is made.
Can I have my gift personalised?
You can personalise certain designs online – please see our Personalisation Section. We will dispatch within 1 working day, if express is chosen at checkout, otherwise regular delivery times apply. Your personalised order is unique, so we use a courier service to ensure it’s safe arrival. We regret we cannot accept returns on engraved items.
How does my purchase come packaged?
People wonder why we get so excited about boxes and bags. It probably goes back to Christmases long ago and the joy of tearing through layers of wrapping paper to get to a present. Presentation is an important part of our customer service. Your gift will be carefully hand packed in one of our luxurious gift boxes or bespoke pillow packs with the story card inside, before being sent off to either you or a loved one.
How should I care for my jewellery?
All silver will naturally lose its lustre and tarnish over time. Regular cleaning with a silver cleaning cloth (available from most supermarkets) will help to prevent this. We recommend that you don’t wear jewellery when bathing, exercising, sleeping or when putting on perfume, hairspray or body lotions.
